  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
  • I have made payment but did not receive an order confirmation email. Is my order confirmed?
    • If your card has been charged, the order confirmation may have slipped into your spam or junk folder. Do check that! If not, drop us an email at oheartsandstories@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.  
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for domestic orders within Singapore. Standard Shipping within Singapore is on us for orders above SGD$80 (except to Sentosa Island). 
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Drop us an email if you'd like to order from outside of Singapore! 
  • Can I self-collect?
    • At the moment, we do not offer this option but do check back in future! 
  • When will I receive my order?
    • We’re working hard to get your beautiful products to you! Do give us 3-4 days after ordering to process and pack your orders and arrange for delivery. You’ll receive an email when your order is on the way! 
  • An item that I’m interested in is sold out. Will you be restocking it?
    • Yes! Follow us on our Instagram page @oheartsandstories or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to receive updates when we restock items. 
  • My item arrived damaged, what shall I do?
    • We provide returns for items that display manufacturing defects. If you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your order at oheartsandstories@gmail.com and we’ll provide an exchange for you. However, items damaged during the process of shipping will not be eligible for exchange. We seek your understanding that requests for exchange after 7 calendar days will not be accepted. 
  • What’s your return policy?
    • All sales are final and unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you changed your mind. (but if you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at oheartsandstories@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.)
